Jane Negronida is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at BDO USA since August 2021, after previously holding the position of Assistant General Counsel from August 2018 to August 2021. Prior to joining BDO USA, Jane worked at Team Health, Inc. for over 14 years, culminating in the role of Chief Corporate Development Counsel in January 2016, after having served as Associate General Counsel.
