Jarter Gao

Jarter Gao is an experienced tax attorney with a background in taxpayer representation and tax law. Jarter began as a Student Attorney at the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where representation of low-income taxpayers before the IRS was a primary focus.
