Jason Cuda is an Assurance Partner with extensive experience in serving both private and public clients, particularly in the technology, medical device, telecom, manufacturing, life sciences, and software industries. They have been with BDO since 2006, currently holding the position of Assistant Regional Technical Director, where they focus on IPOs, public debt offerings, SOX compliance, and SEC filings. Prior to this, Jason worked as an Audit Associate at BDO Seidman, LLP and as an Audit Manager at Anton Collins Mitchell LLP from 2002 to 2006.
