Jason Vierig

Jason Vierig is a Partner in BDO USA's Transaction Advisory Services, specializing in due diligence and advisory services for private equity and corporate clients. With experience leading teams in various M&A transactions, including cross-border deals in Asia, Europe, and Central America, Jason has developed expertise across numerous industries such as business services, engineering, and consumer goods. Prior to joining BDO in 2023, Jason held key positions at Houlihan Lokey and PwC, where they provided critical insights into M&A transactions and IPO processes. Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Economics from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
