Jason Wendel

Jason Wendel is currently an Assurance Managing Technical Partner at BDO USA, where they oversee the firm's engagement quality review program and manage a team of EQR principals. Previously, they served as an audit partner at KPMG for 20 years, specializing in financial statement audits and internal control assessments across diverse industries. With more than 24 years of professional experience, Jason has also contributed to KPMG’s National Office in addressing technical accounting issues and developing training materials. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Utah State University, where they also serve on the School of Accountancy Advisory Board.
