Jeff Stine

Jeff Stine, CPA, is a Managing Director in BDO USA’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, bringing over 17 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance. They have specialized in mergers and acquisitions, providing advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including corporate and private equity firms. With a robust track record in financial due diligence and deal negotiation, Jeff has supported numerous clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle. Prior to their tenure at BDO, they led the finance function for a global publicly held software company, managing significant acquisition and divestiture activities. Jeff is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting at San Diego State University while holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
