Jerry Dentinger

Jerry Dentinger is a seasoned corporate finance professional currently serving as a Partner in BDO's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice in the Midwest, a role they have held since 2010. As a founding partner of the TAS practice, Jerry is responsible for the origination and execution of due diligence for private equity, strategic investors, and debt capital providers. With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, and public accounting, Jerry has developed expertise in capital raising, M&A transactions, and financial due diligence. They hold an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and are a licensed CPA. Previously, Jerry has worked in various senior roles at firms such as Grant Thornton and Merrill Lynch, and has lived and worked across Europe, Silicon Valley, and New York City.
