Joel Gross

Joel Gross, JD, LL.M., is an accomplished tax professional with over 20 years of experience in international tax consulting. Since August 2019, Joel has served as the International Tax New England Market Practice Leader at BDO USA, expanding the practice from a three-member team to 17 full-time professionals. Prior roles include Principal and Managing Director at Northeastern University D'Amore-McKim School of Business, where Joel taught courses on Inbound and Outbound Taxation, and Director of International Tax Services at KPMG. Joel has also held significant positions at Iron Mountain, True Partners Consulting, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Law from Boston University School of Law, a JD from Western New England University School of Law, and a BA in Political Science and History from Skidmore College.
