Jonathan Espinola

Jonathan Espinola is the Managing Director of State and Local Tax at BDO, where they lead the Real Estate Transfer Tax practice. Prior to this, Jonathan held various roles, including Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions Tax at Grant Thornton LLP and Attorney positions at Bass, Dunklin, McCullough & Smith, PLLC, and Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman, P.A. Jonathan earned a BBA in Business Administration from Stetson University and a J.D. with a focus on tax from the University of North Carolina School of Law. They have also contributed to several seminars on tax issues throughout their career.
