Jonathan Perdue

Jonathan Perdue is a Principal in BDO USA’s Professional Practice - Accounting group, where they assist with the development of accounting interpretive guidance and consultations on technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP. They previously served as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, participating in rule proposal development and consultations on accounting issues. Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Senior Manager at BDO USA, working with publicly traded clients on various financial transactions and compliance matters. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting from Saint Louis University and are a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
