Karen Fedchock, MBA, is a seasoned marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Alumni Marketing at BDO. With extensive experience in client-centric roles, they spent several years at KeyBank as Senior Vice President of Marketing, where they transformed the market research function into a growth engine. Following this, they held a vice president position at PNC, where they unified customer experience strategies. Additionally, they have consulted for various organizations, providing expertise in brand strategy and market impact. Karen is currently pursuing their Bachelor of Business Administration alongside their MBA at Cleveland State University.
