Katie Bailey is an experienced recruiting and consulting professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and project management. Currently serving as the Campus Recruiting Manager at BDO USA since August 2019, Katie has previously held key roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager for the SAP Consulting Practice at Infosys Consulting from 2015 to 2018, where recruitment strategies were implemented for a global workforce. Katie’s experience at IBM Global Business Services from 2006 to 2015 included roles as Senior Consultant/Test Manager and Campus Recruiter, overseeing large-scale SAP deployment projects and managing campus recruiting initiatives respectively. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems Management from Penn State University.
