Kyle McClinton

Kyle McClinton, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Managing Director and Tax Transformation Team Leader at BDO USA since May 2018. In this role, Kyle drives tax process standardization, technology adoption, and training initiatives, working closely with the firm’s National Tax Office to enhance office performance. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Tax Manager and Tax Manager at BDO USA, and Tax Manager and Senior Tax Associate at Deloitte. Kyle's responsibilities have encompassed ASC 740 calculations, tax return reviews, compliance management, and the recruitment and development of talent. Education was completed at the University of Miami Herbert Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.
