Larry Miao

Larry Miao is a Principal at BDO's National Tax Office - Asian Desk in New York, where they specialize in tax planning. They began their tax career in 2001 with Deloitte & Touche in Beijing and later held managerial roles at Asiainfo and Mars. Having moved to the U.S. in 2010, Larry has over 21 years of professional experience in China tax, including comprehensive projects in tax compliance and due diligence. Larry holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Rutgers Business School, a Master’s degree in Accounting, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the Capital University of Economics and Business. They are a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified General Accountant of Canada.
