LaTarsha H. has a diverse background in tax and accounting, currently serving as a Manager in State & Local Tax at BDO USA, LLP since October 2021. Previously, LaTarsha held the position of Attorney/Tax Consultant at LaTarsha Holmes Law PLLC from December 2019 to November 2021, and served as a Senior Associate at KPMG from July 2016 to November 2019. Earlier in the career, LaTarsha worked as an Auditor IV at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts from September 2007 to July 2012 and as a Staff Accountant at Southwest Water Company for a brief period in 2007. LaTarsha holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Texas Southern University.
