Leticia Avila

Leticia Avila is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Resource Center Specialist at BDO USA, LLP since August 2018. Prior to this role, Leticia was the first HR hire at Brentwood Home, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department, developing onboarding and offboarding procedures, managing employee relations in a bilingual setting, and ensuring compliance. Leticia also worked at Soraa as an HR Representative, where key achievements included developing the onboarding process, managing workers' compensation, and administering an affirmative action plan. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Environmental Economics & Policy, Leticia began the career with internships at the office of State Senator Lou Correa.
