Lillian Ceynowa

Lillian Ceynowa is an Audit Quality and Quality Management Leader currently serving as the Head of Audit Quality and Quality Management at BDO USA, LLP since 2022. Previously, they held prominent positions at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, including Associate Chief Auditor and Special Adviser to Board Member J. Robert Brown, Jr. Lillian's extensive career also includes roles at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Center for Audit Quality, where they contributed to the development of auditing standards. Lillian earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark.
