Lu Chen

Lu Chen is a Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Advisory at BDO USA, currently serving since March 2024. Previously, Lu held the position of Private Equity Associate at Pfingsten Partners from April 2022 to March 2024, a firm focused on operationally driven private equity investments. Prior to that, Lu was an M&A Deal Lead at Thrasio, the largest e-commerce aggregator, from September 2021 to April 2022. Lu's experience also includes roles as Manager and Senior Associate in M&A Transaction Advisory at BDO USA, LLP from April 2018 to September 2021, Corporate Finance at Medtronic from October 2015 to September 2017, and Experienced Assurance Associate at PwC from January 2015 to October 2015.
