Lydia Rausch

Lydia Rausch is currently a Senior Manager in Tax Digital Transformation & Innovation at BDO USA, where they work on the Federal Taxable Income Model. Lydia studied Accounting and Finance at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and served as a Lead Tutor during their time there from 2013 to 2016. They have held various roles in tax, including positions at KPMG US and EY, where they led teams and managed complex tax projects. Prior experience also includes roles at World Vision International and World Team Mission, where they gained valuable skills in project management and office operations.
