Mandi Fields

Mandi Fields is an experienced tax recruiting professional currently serving as the Tax Recruiting Practice Lead for the Central Region at BDO USA since October 2021. Prior to this role, Mandi worked at PKF Texas from January 2008 to October 2021, holding positions as Recruiting & Retention Manager, Tax Associate, and Senior Associate. Mandi began a career in tax at KPMG, LLP, where roles included Tax Associate and Tax Intern from January 2004 to October 2006. Mandi holds a Master of Science in Accountancy with a focus on Taxation from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
