Mariah Cherniss is currently a People, Strategy and Solutions Principal at BDO USA in Management Consulting, specializing in organizational effectiveness, culture, leadership, and change communications. With over 20 years of experience as a consultant, advisor, and coach, Mariah has worked across diverse sectors, including healthcare, higher education, and technology. They founded World Beyond Tours to promote women’s leadership through meaningful travel experiences and have held key roles at various organizations, such as Blue Beyond Consulting, where they led consulting excellence initiatives. Mariah earned a BA in Communications with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Southern California.
