Matthew Dyment

Matthew Dyment is the Managing Principal of BDO’s State and Local Tax practice, where they design tax-efficient M&A structures for corporates and private equity firms. They bring extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Associate at Arthur Andersen LLP and Worldwide Director of Tax and Treasury at Art Technology Group, Inc. In addition to their current responsibilities at BDO, Matthew serves as a board member for the University of Massachusetts Amherst Alumni Association and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, and is an adjunct professor at Suffolk University Law School. They hold an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University Law School.
