Matthew Kunk

Matthew Kunk, M.Ed, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership development, having held significant roles in the US Army and various organizations. From May 2012 to July 2014, Matthew served as a Talent Acquisition/Regional Operations Manager in the US Army, where responsibilities included training and developing over 250 personnel and managing a budget exceeding $2M. Progressing to a Global Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Matthew oversaw operations across 271 facilities and over 2,200 employees, achieving significant staffing goals. Currently, as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at BDO USA, Matthew continues to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight in recruitment and workforce planning. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from Liberty University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
