Matthew Robles

Matthew Robles has a diverse background in leadership and organizational roles, demonstrated through involvement with various organizations. As a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success from September 2020 to June 2023, Matthew participated in leadership training, assisted in speaker events, and engaged in networking teams to develop coaching skills. Serving as Secretary for Men's Club Soccer at UCR, Matthew created an inventory system for membership tracking and coordinated fundraisers, enhancing club operations. In the role of Vice President of Internal Affairs at Ricco's Concessions, Matthew delivered exceptional customer service and effectively collaborated with colleagues to optimize team performance. Additionally, as a Hazardous Materials Student Assistant at the University of California, Riverside, Matthew managed compliance with regulations and organized data analysis for a hazardous waste facility. Matthew also held roles at BDO USA and was an active member of UCR ALPFA while earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of California, Riverside.
