Melissa Gerbick

Melissa Gerbick is an experienced marketing and recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Marketing Sr. Manager at BDO USA since September 2022. Previously, Melissa held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at Stage 3 Talent, where responsibilities included developing sales processes and metrics. As an Independent Consultant, Melissa executed a virtual Pitch Competition for Contempo Design + Communication’s 2020 Female Entrepreneur Summit and conducted a Voice of Customer study for MGS Global.
