Michael Stevenson -

Michael Stevenson, CPA, is the Assurance National Managing Principal for Professional Practice and Audit at BDO USA, a role they began in 2023 after serving as the Partner and National Practice Leader for Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services from 2007 to 2023. With over 25 years of experience, Michael has provided clients in various industries with consultative services ranging from capital market transactions to board advisory services. They have also authored multiple publications on financial reporting and taught continuing education courses. Prior to BDO, Michael worked as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where they contributed to significant telecommunications mergers and undertook an overseas secondment. Michael is currently pursuing a BS in Finance at Wright State University.
