Michelle Hope

Michelle Hope is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Tax Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP since May 2021. Previously, Michelle held the position of Vice President of Tax at SVP Worldwide, leading global tax activities, compliance, and transfer pricing initiatives. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of International Tax at Bridgestone Americas, Inc., where Michelle managed tax planning for the Americas and coordinated Advanced Pricing Agreements. Earlier roles include Tax Manager at Nissan North America, where Michelle completed bilateral APAs and identified transfer pricing risks, as well as Tax Manager at EY, where Michelle co-managed international tax compliance outsourcing programs. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Accounting with a focus on Taxation from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
