Paul Sipala, MAI, ASA-RP-GC, is a Director in BDO USA's Valuation & Capital Markets Analysis Real Estate team, where they focus on complex valuations and advisory services. With over 21 years of experience in real estate appraisal, Paul has led initiatives involving tangible and intangible assets across various property types and geographies, including international projects. They hold professional designations from the American Society of Appraisers and the Appraisal Institute, and are actively involved with the Association for Corporate Growth and Hands on Atlanta. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at both CBRE and Newmark, and Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Paul earned a BA in Economics from Stockton University.
