Peter Terilli

Peter Terilli is a Principal in the Global Value Chain - International Tax division at BDO USA, having joined the firm in March 2020 after a successful tenure as a Senior Manager in International Tax at Deloitte from September 2007 to March 2020. In the current role, Peter leads the US and international global value chain practice, emphasizing strategic international tax and transfer pricing consulting to foster growth. Key responsibilities include developing tax-efficient strategies that align with business operations and overseeing national and international tax teams to identify tax structuring opportunities. Peter holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and International Business from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
