Seth Gee

Seth Gee is the Managing Director at BDO USA's National Tax Office, focusing on corporate and M&A. They have held various roles in tax management, including positions at KPMG and Deloitte. Seth gained foundational experience as a Summer Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office and interned with the SEC and the IRS. They hold a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, completing their studies in 2016.
