Stephanie de Groot is the Wisconsin Assurance Practice Leader at BDO USA, where they have held various roles since 2021. With extensive experience in the accounting profession, Stephanie specializes in US GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB, US GAAS, and SEC reporting requirements, serving clients in diverse industries such as technology, healthcare, and telecommunications. Prior to their current position, Stephanie worked as an Assurance Director at BDO USA and held senior roles at EY, including Senior Manager and Associate Partner. They began their career with an internship at Fluno Center for Executive Education while earning their BBA and MACC in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
