Stephanie Guild is a Senior Knowledge Manager at BDO USA, responsible for overseeing a team that manages nearly 100 decentralized SharePoint Online intranet sites, facilitating communication and connection among 12,000 professionals. With a background in internal communications, creative services, and knowledge management, Stephanie has developed marketing materials and executed strategic communications plans for diverse audiences. Previous experience at TIAA involved creating standard operating procedures and corporate-wide communications that contributed to significant cost savings. Stephanie holds a B.A. in English from East Carolina University and a UX Design certificate from General Assembly.
