Stephi Xia, CPA, is currently an International Tax Manager at BDO USA, specializing in US outbound international tax and Pillar Two. Previously, Stephi worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG US, where they received the 2021 Chairman’s Award for High Performance. Their experience includes roles as an Accounting Analyst at Mitsui Bussan Logistics Inc. and Trek Resources, as well as a Tax Intern at EY. Stephi holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas and has developed strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills through diverse professional experiences.
