Tim McGovern

Tim McGovern is an Assurance Partner at BDO USA, specializing in assurance services for various private and publicly held companies, particularly in the retail, consumer products, manufacturing, and gaming sectors. Responsibilities include managing engagement teams for financial statement and internal control audits, providing technical accounting advice, and acting as a trusted advisor for Audit Committees and C-suite executives. Prior to BDO, McGovern served as a Partner at EY, where Tim also focused on assurance services in gaming and consumer products, and held roles such as Senior Manager within the firm's Capital Markets Center in Frankfurt. McGovern's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and attendance at Phillips Academy.
