Timothy Kviz

Timothy Kviz is the National Managing Principal of SEC Services at BDO USA, a position held since August 2018. Kviz also serves as Treasurer for Blue Stars, Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. since November 2007. Prior experience includes being Vice President and Head of Accounting Policy and External Financial Reporting at Freddie Mac from May 2007 to August 2018, where leadership was provided over the Accounting Policy Group. Kviz worked as a Professional Accounting Fellow at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from June 2005 to May 2007 and spent over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, culminating in a role as Senior Manager that involved consulting on complex accounting matters. Early career experience includes an Internal Auditor position at JPMorgan Chase from January 1991 to December 1993. Kviz holds a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, earned from 1985 to 1990.
