With 30 years of experience in public accounting, Todd has expertise in complex accounting issues such as revenue recognition, business combinations, and share-based compensation. They have held significant positions at leading firms, including Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and UHY LLP, and have been involved in capital formation efforts exceeding $1 billion. Todd also serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the Grafton Land Trust.
