Tyler Hawkins

Tyler Hawkins is an M&A Tax Advisor with a focus on both domestic and international income tax advisory services. Currently a Tax Senior Manager at BDO USA, Tyler advises clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations on transactional matters and the tax implications of sustainable infrastructure projects. Previously, Tyler served as a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey and held various positions at firms including Ballard Spahr LLP and EY. Tyler earned a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
