Vincent Hulstrom

Vincent Hulstrom is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in M&A tax services. Currently serving as a Partner at BDO USA since September 2023, Vincent provides tax structuring, modeling, and tax due diligence for private equity and large strategic clients. Prior to this role, Vincent was a Managing Director at KPMG from February 2015 to July 2023, where similar services were rendered. Vincent began at KPMG as a Federal Tax Senior Associate from October 2011 to January 2015, focusing on tax preparation for diverse clients. In addition to a solid career in tax, Vincent was a Division I baseball player at the University of Portland, earning first team all-league and second team all-state honors in 2006 while captaining the state championship team. Educationally, Vincent holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
