Wayne Dorling

Wayne Dorling is a Senior Account Director at BDO USA, LLP, where they have been instrumental in planning and supervising financial statement audit engagements since 2015. Prior to this role, they served as an Assurance Manager at BDO Seidman, LLP from 2004 to the present, overseeing audit processes and consulting on Sarbanes Oxley compliance. With extensive experience in financial accounting, Wayne holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honours) from the University of South Africa, completed in 1999. Additionally, Wayne is a registered CPA with the Texas State Board of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
