Wendy Schram

Wendy Schram is a Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management at BDO USA, specializing in the people side of business to facilitate effective organizational change. With extensive experience at Dow spanning nearly two decades, Wendy held various roles, including TXO Operational Excellence Improvement Specialist and Global Expert Partner for procedures, where a focus was on productivity improvements and innovative solutions for operational challenges.
