Wenli Yang

Wenli Yang, CPA, has extensive experience in tax services, with a current position as an Experienced Tax Senior at BDO USA since August 2023, following a prior role as a Tax Senior and Experienced Tax Associate at the same firm. With previous experience as a Tax Associate at JLK Rosenberger LLP CPAs, Wenli has worked with closely held middle market enterprises and high net worth individuals, specializing in various tax forms including 1065, 1120S, 1120, and 1040. Prior to this, a tenure as Tax Manager at Dick S. Lin, CPA, included expertise in international and expatriate tax matters, as well as audit and review for private businesses, dealing with complex tax forms such as 1116, 2555, and 5471. Wenli holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
