Norman Phillips

Norman Phillips currently serves as Chief Innovation Officer at P&P Design and Consulting Services LLC and has been an Ordained Deacon at Lincoln Heights Missionary Baptist Church since December 2014, contributing to various ministries and technical roles. Norman holds the position of Vice President of Strategy and Planning at BDPA since 2010 and has worked at Procter & Gamble since June 1985 as an IT Innovation Leader, focusing on driving innovation within the Global Business Services organization. Earlier, Norman was an evening instructor of STEM courses at Louisiana Technical College from January 1983 to May 1985. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, earned between 1980 and 1985.
