Wayne Hicks

R. Wayne Hicks is the executive director of the BDPA Education and Technology Foundation, a nonprofit focused on promoting education and technology within underserved communities. They own Hicks Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in online marketing and leadership consultation. From 2003 to 2008, Wayne served as the president/CEO of the Cincinnati Business Incubator, where they significantly expanded its client base and received accolades for their leadership. Wayne’s extensive experience in the federal government includes a role as director of the Cincinnati Submission Processing Center, where they attained Senior Executive Service status. A graduate of the University of California, Riverside, Wayne actively contributes to various community initiatives and has held numerous leadership positions within the BDPA organization.
