Karren Menil, LCB, CTCS, CCS, has extensive experience in customs and logistics, beginning as a Customs Clearance Coordinator at A & A | Freight | Warehousing | Customs Brokerage from January 2016 to June 2017. Following this, Karren served as a PARS Coordinator at Pacific Coast Express from June 2017 to August 2018 and held the position of Release & Classification Specialist at FedEx Trade Networks Transport and Brokerage from December 2018 to July 2022, earning multiple Bravo Zulu Awards for outstanding customer service and teamwork. Currently, Karren is a Customs Specialist at BDS since July 2022, contributing significantly to various compliance applications, and has recently taken the role of Customs Director at Green Light Customs Broker, where Karren established and led the development of a compliance framework. Additionally, Karren is a member of the Board of Directors for the Acheson Business Association, playing a key role in supporting local businesses and economic development.
