Trace E.

Trace E. has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. In 2019, Trace joined BDSA as a Senior Account Executive on the Commercial Development Team, where they provided cannabis market intelligence and consumer research to help businesses improve revenues and prioritize market expansion. Trace then transitioned to the role of Account Executive in 2020, where they were responsible for strategic business development and relationship building, as well as executing online demonstrations and contract negotiation. Prior to BDSA, Trace worked at Zen Planner, where they served as a Team Lead for the Sales Development Representative Team and managed a team of Sales Development Representatives. They also worked as a Senior Inbound Sales Development Representative and a Market Development Representative during their time at Zen Planner. Before that, Trace worked at EDGES™, Inc. as a Client Services Manager & Inside Sales representative. They also had a role as a Client Services representative at (e)Gauge™, where they facilitated training and strategic planning with leadership teams. Trace also had experience in business development at The Restoration Group, LLC, where they implemented customer relationship management software and created marketing materials. Additionally, Trace worked as a Lacrosse Coach and Camp Director at New Wave Lacrosse, coaching youth travel lacrosse and directing summer camps and leagues. They also served as the Financial Relations Director at the International Wildfire Prevention Foundation, and as an Event Staff member at Creative Strategies Group. Trace's earlier experiences include roles at CSU's Center for Public Deliberation, where they served as a Senior Associate responsible for constructing collaborative processes, a Student, a member of the Advisory Board, and a Student Coordinator within Colorado State University's Orientation and Transition program. They also served as a Crowe GHP Horwath Ambassador for the 42nd World Trade Day event.

Trace E. completed their high school education at Saint Charles North High School from 2007 to 2011, earning a Diploma in High School/Secondary Diploma Programs. They then pursued higher education at Colorado State University from 2011 to 2015, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. During their academic journey, Trace E. also obtained several certifications. In June 2014, they received the HEARTSAVER First Aid CPR AED certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. Additionally, they obtained the Small Craft Safety - Kayaking certification from the American Red Cross in the same month and year. Their commitment to ethical leadership led them to acquire the NASBA Center for Public Trust Ethical Leadership Certification in June 2015 from the NASBA Center for the Public Trust. Lastly, in October 2018, Trace E. completed the Leading without Formal Authority certification through LinkedIn.
