Erryc Darmawan

Erryc Darmawan is an experienced professional in customer success and operations excellence, currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Success at BDx Data Centers since October 2025. Previously, Erryc held the position of Head of Services APAC at Pure Data Centres Group, where responsibilities included managing customer onboarding for hyperscale clients and overseeing data center launches. Erryc also served as CTO at PT VADS Indonesia, directing digital transformation initiatives and client onboarding operations. With a solid background at BT as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and prior roles at 168Solution and PT. XL Axiata Tbk, Erryc has demonstrated expertise in IT service delivery, project leadership, and customer satisfaction improvement. Erryc holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical - Telecommunication Management from Universitas Mercu Buana and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical - Telecommunication from Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka Jakarta.
