BE Barcelona is a 196m² cultural hub in Barcelona's 22@ innovation district where global investors meet local artists, where business deals happen in creative spaces, and where American capital meets Catalan culture.

THE STORY

BE Barcelona was born from an unusual partnership:

Tea Pendić, founder of Vibrart Studio, built Barcelona's creative community through art, music, and cultural expression. Her studio became a gathering place for artists, musicians, and creatives seeking authentic connection and inspiration.

Damon Redmond, a real estate investor with 28 years of international experience, built global networks connecting investors and entrepreneurs across US and European markets.

Together, they saw an opportunity: What if the space where artists feel inspired could also be where investors make meaningful connections? What if business strategy sessions could happen in rooms designed by creatives? What if culture and capital could intersect authentically?

BE Barcelona is that intersection—where local Barcelona creativity meets global business networks, where authentic relationships form across both worlds.
