Mitika Kejriwal

Mitika Kejriwal began their career in 2019 with Morgan Stanley as a Human Resources Executive. In 2022, they joined Northeastern University as an Administrative Assistant and Northeastern University College of Engineering as an Office Assistant. In 2023, they became a People Team Co-op at Be Biopharma.

Mitika Kejriwal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained between 2016 and 2019. Mitika is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Northeastern University, which they began in 2022. In addition to their degree, Mitika has obtained several certifications, including an Experiential Network certification from Northeastern University in January 2023, a Cultural Audit certification from Northeastern University in December 2022, a Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution certification from LinkedIn in November 2022, a Human Resources: Job Structure and Design certification from LinkedIn in November 2022, an Organizational Culture certification from LinkedIn in November 2022, and a Human Resources Metrics certification from Northeastern University in April 2022.
