Nat Wei

Nat Wei is a distinguished advisor and member of the UK House of Lords, currently serving as Baron Wei of Shoreditch. Wei has extensive experience in supporting innovation and social reform through various roles, including as an advisor at Future Planet Capital, Dot Investing, Sweetbridge, Inc., and Kinrise Real Estate. Wei's contributions to governmental policy include co-authoring the Wei Report, which has influenced institutional investment strategies in the UK. As founder and partner at the Shaftesbury Partnership, Wei focuses on addressing chronic social problems and fostering social impact. Additional advisory roles include governance support for BE Education and past directorship at the Manchester-China Forum. Wei holds a BA Hons in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
