Be Generative was founded on a profound insight: what if organizations weren't just machines to optimize—rather human systems yearning for liberation. We empower leaders and teams at every scale, from individuals to full enterprises, to unlock the inherent potential within themselves and the human beings they are leading. Our celebrated Generative Listening program, recognized across North America, reveals just a fraction of what's possible.

If you want to change your reality or your future, you need to change where you are thinking from first. This idea is what gave rise to our revolutionary change-thinking, experience-based learning model that equips participants to be more effective at igniting vision, forging trust, creating alignment, and amplifying impact. Ultimately, we help you and your organization break free from the limiting patterns of the past toward new ways of thinking, being and doing that make possible a future you’ve only dared to imagine.
